6+1 Art Group

	6 + 1 = 27 What did you expect? We are artists, not mathematicians!
The 6+1 Art Group was formed in the year 2000 and at that time, consisted of six women and one man - hence the name "6 + 1 Art Group". In fact, during their first show in 2001, held in Aylmer, Ontario, they were mistakenly advertised as "The Group of Seven" from Sarnia.
The group currently has twenty seven members who meet each Thursday morning at the Kinsmen Centre on Lakeshore Road, Sarnia. At the weekly meeting members paint, hold a critique session, and socialize.
Members of the 6 + 1 Art Group are a closely knit group where long term friendships flourish.
