Industry Canada's Pilot program is placing an asssistive technology called Web-4-All in Public Internet access sites across Canada. Web-4-All makes computers accessible to people with disabilities and literacy challenges.

Web-4-All's smart card technology,donated by Bell Canada, Hitachi Canada, and the Royal Bank, enables users to automatically adjust a computer to fit their personal preferences.
